02:35 – IMPLEMENTATION INSTALL/DATA FEED

Use email/password to login to ATAS.

Click Server “Auto” - Workspace leave it as is.

Make sure “Latest” is selected in the lower right corner, then connect.

Complete the 4 steps  - Select “Other” to skip quicker.

Hit “Finish” and next we can add the connections/feeds.

To add the broker/feed, here you have a few options. Here are a couple:

Via AMP Futures, with either CQG or Rithmic data.

Via a prop firm such as Apex, and use their 90%/90% discounts, giving you access to a Rithmic paper trading feed.

If you choose AMP, when your account is KYC’d and approved, you will need to deposit funds and request your live trading credentials. These will be needed for ATAS.

🔎 04:25 Rithmic Fees to choose from on AMP Futures.

To add a data feed, click on “Feed Source”, then click “Add” and select either Rithmic or CQG from the list of providers.

Enter the credentials from your AMP portal, select “LIVE” and then click “Finish”, that’s it!

When completed, you should now have the CQG or Rithmic feed active and now you can select it as “Is market data” and also select “Auto connect”.

07:57 – IMPLEMENTATION SETUP/WORKSPACE

With the broker/feed connected, now we need to import templates, snapshots, level 2, tape and create a Workspace to save.

Click on the Chart, select “ES” from the list (any other assets to add, just search under “All Instruments” tab and Star it to make it a favorite).

For a better setup process, resize the “Atas main window” smaller and keep the new chart opened on the right, this will enable us to open and drag across all other charts much more easily.

Open another 3 charts (4 total), also open one Smart DOM and one Smart Tape.

The next step is to drag all 4 charts into each other, to make a complete trading terminal, but before that, you must move the “Atas main window” to another screen or minimize it.

Click and hold on the Chart and drag it over to the lower side of the Smart Tape. Next click and hold the Smart DOM and drag it over to the left side of the Smart Tape, then release.

Next, click and hold on this new 3 way window “ES M5 Chart” and drag it over to the right side of one of the next charts.

Next, hold onto another chart and drag it over to the right side of the next chart. Finally, click on the last chart and drag it over to the lower side of the right chart and hit maximize in the top right corner.

19:35 – TIPS & TRICKS

★ Keep the "Main Atas window" on a separate screen, so you can open other charts/DOM quickly as well as keep an eye on your accounts, orders, positions etc.

★ On a separate screen, create another 3 way or 4-way view and add more templates as you wish to give you an instant access to live data while trading, don't forget to save when you exit via the "Main Atas Window".

★ If you wish, repeat this process and make another window just like this one, for crypto (some use it on a 3rd screen).

★ You can create and save a workspace for Crypto and a Workspace for Futures. This way you can trade just one market at each time and keep the focus on, or have just one workspace but with both markets, but in separate sections.

★ Use snapshots to save charts with drawing tools, rays, levels, time frames and tick sizes, the chart will always open with all saved tools so you can resume where you left off.

★ You can use AMP data feed as your main data even when paper demo trading the Atas Sim account, as this will be using real data and therefore more accuracy on gathering your statistics, and better your strategies.

★ Using a prop firm can also be beneficial as you'll get access to a demo feed and again, you can use this method to study, gather data and build a consistent trading strategy.
